Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) offers extreme outdoor family fun this summer with white water rafting trips on the Wenatchee River. The Wenatchee River boasts some of the most well known rapids in all of Washington. With friendly guides to help make sure you and your group navigate the thrashing waves safely, it’s easy to focus on the communication and teamwork needed to make it through these restless roaring rapids. The class III/IV rapids, appropriately named Pinball, Rock-N-Roll, Gorilla Falls, Suffocator, Drunkard’s Drop and Snowblind will be sure to get your adrenaline pumping as you furiously paddle through the waves crashing around you. Don’t forget to look up amidst the action and take in the beautiful mountain-filled skyline and wildlife surrounding the river.
