OAK HARBOR, Wash. (Oct. 21, 2016) Rear Adm. Kyle Cozad, commander, Patrol and Reconnaissance Group, welcomes guests to the ribbon-cutting for the new P-8 simulator building during a media availability on Naval Air Station Whidbey Island’s Ault Field.
