OAK HARBOR, Wash. (Oct. 28, 2016) Capt. Geoffrey Moore, commanding officer, Naval Air Station Whidbey Island (NASWI), and Oak Harbor Mayor Robert Severns dig a hole to plant an oak tree. NASWI, Garry Oak Association, City of Oak Harbor and NASWI’s environmental office partnered to plant the first of many of these trees for this area of the city.
